Salem Hill  formation née au début des 90's, est une des valeurs sûre
de la scène rock progressif des états unis. Sa musique peut évoquer
 Kansas ( avec  Dave Ragsdale  au violon ), Rush , Pink Floyd ,
Glass Hammer , Spock Beard , une musique symphonique, nuancée,
inspirée, aux atmosphères feutrées, aux belles harmonies vocales,
faite de successions de temps forts, et moments de quiétude,
avec ses claviers et structures digne des seventies, avec également un
bel équilibre guitares / claviers, et parties instrumentales et chantées.
